To access the full range of tep555 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and not misleading.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on tep555. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are detected, tep555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or game rounds, and withhold or return balances in accordance with its investigation findings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tep555 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tep555 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an additional layer of security to your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact tep555 support immediately via live chat.
tep555 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to undergo identity verification (KYC) procedures. You may be asked to provide a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a recent utility bill, a bank statement, or a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming ownership. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your tep555 account balance within seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times. tep555 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 to 10 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. tep555 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be returned to a payment method registered in your name. tep555 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposit on the same account.
tep555 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees. tep555 accepts no liability for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: tep555 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits must be sourced from funds legitimately belonging to the account holder. tep555 reserves the right to request proof of funds at any time and to delay or refuse withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.
tep555 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of this Agreement and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

tep555 offers pre-match and in-play sports betting across a range of markets, with a particular focus on cricket — including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. tep555 reserves the right to limit bet stakes, suspend markets, or void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: data feed errors, manifest pricing errors, suspicious betting patterns, or force majeure events.

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your account balance in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond applicable settlement deadlines; the bet was placed on a market suspended due to a data error; or tep555 determines that the bet was placed in error due to an incorrect price display. Void decisions are final.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result as published by the relevant sporting body. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of tep555, informed by the official result from the governing body, shall be final and binding.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tep555 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

Confirmed cases of fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant financial authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

tep555 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect Platform availability. tep555 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
tep555's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tep555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Upon account closure, any verified, withdrawable balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification or investigation procedures.
